Shipping Policy

Xythenics ships physical products to addresses within the Philippines. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your selected region.

Supported regions

Checkout uses Philippine address selectors (region, province, city or municipality, and barangay). Shipping is quoted server-side for your selected region before you complete payment.

Rates

Regional shipping rates apply in addition to product subtotals and any eligible voucher discounts. The rate shown at checkout is the amount recorded with your order once payment is confirmed.

Delivery timing

Delivery times depend on your location, carrier availability, and order processing. Any delivery estimates provided during fulfillment are estimates only and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated in writing for a specific promotion or service level.

Order processing

Orders are processed after successful payment confirmation through PayMongo. You will receive order confirmation by email when payment is completed.
